After we approve you for a specific puppy or litter position, a verified $300 non-refundable deposit confirms the reservation and applies toward the purchase price.

What Your Deposit Does
A $300 reservation deposit is applied in full toward your puppy’s purchase price. Puppy selections are offered in the order deposits are received.
All deposits are non-refundable. Once paid, a deposit will not be returned. Please contact us to confirm your approval for the specific puppy or litter position and review the terms before making a payment.
Your deposit may be transferred to a future litter. Contact us to arrange the transfer. Transferring a deposit does not make it refundable.
Your puppy purchase agreement and written health guarantee will be provided for review before your puppy goes home. Return or rehoming assistance does not include a refund of the purchase price, deposit, or other payments.
Payment Options
After approval, we provide individual instructions for Good Dog, Zelle, Cash or another agreed method. Good Dog payments use the buyer-specific request we send you. Coordinate cash payment directly with us.
Klarna through Good Dog is available for eligible final puppy payments only, not the $300 deposit.
Please wait for approval and the instructions for your specific puppy or litter position. Sending instructions does not hold or reserve a puppy; we confirm the reservation after verifying receipt.
Balances are due one week before pickup. We do not accept personal checks for final balances.
