The Terms, Plainly
Picks are offered strictly in the order deposits are received. When your turn comes, you may choose any unreserved puppy in the litter, or pass and move to the front of the next litter at no cost.
Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind, but they are fully refundable if we cannot supply a puppy matching what you reserved — a litter that does not arrive, is smaller than expected, or does not include your size or sex. You may also roll your deposit forward to any future litter, indefinitely.
A deposit is not a contract of sale. The full purchase agreement and health guarantee are signed before your puppy goes home, and you will have them to read well in advance.

We do not take deposits by Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or wire transfer. If anyone asks you to pay us that way, it is not us.
Balances are due one week before pickup. We do not accept personal cheques for final balances.
