Bringing Home a Puppy

A simple, personal process designed to help you feel confident from your first inquiry through going-home day.

  1. Start with your application

    Start with the application. It asks about your household, your schedule, your yard and your experience with dogs. There are no wrong answers — we are matching temperament to household, not grading you. Most applications are answered within 48 hours.

  2. Let's get to know each other

    We will call or video chat with you. This is your chance to ask us anything — health testing, contracts, grooming costs, what a poodle is genuinely like to live with at 6am. It is also our chance to make sure a poodle is actually the right breed for you.

  3. Approval, instructions and verified deposit

    We review your application and identify the puppy or litter position we approve before sending deposit instructions. Approval creates no hold. After we verify the $300 non-refundable deposit, your reservation is confirmed and the deposit applies toward your puppy’s price. Puppy selections remain in deposit order.

  4. Stay connected as your puppy grows

    We will keep you updated with birth announcements, photos, videos, and important milestones as the puppies grow. If the litter does not include the size, sex, or color you are hoping for, your deposit can be transferred to a future eligible litter.

  5. Choose your puppy at two weeks

    At approximately two weeks, you will choose your puppy by video call in deposit order. We will introduce you to the puppies, share our early observations, and help you make your selection based on what you are looking for in your new companion.

  6. Prepare for going-home day

    The remaining balance is due one week before pickup. We will send the contract and the written health guarantee to review and sign at the same time.

  7. Going-home day

    At approximately eight weeks, your puppy is ready to go home. We will review feeding, crate routine, grooming, the first veterinary visit, and your paperwork so you feel prepared for the transition. You will also leave with your puppy pack and continued breeder support.

Grooming is an important part of poodle ownership. Their coats require consistent professional grooming and regular brushing at home to stay healthy and comfortable. Planning for that care from the beginning makes life easier for both you and your puppy.

Delivery & Transportation

We do not ship puppies as unattended cargo. For families within the United States, flight nanny service is available at a flat rate. We can also connect you with a trusted ground transporter if ground transportation is preferred. For families outside the United States, transportation options and fees are discussed individually based on destination and travel requirements.
